Classification: Despite its immense strength, the Cosmic Power poses a minimal threat to Superpower Union
History: The Cosmic Power is believed to have existed since the creation of the multi-verse. It appears to exist on some level through-out all of space and time. The mysterious being Cosmos acts as its guardian, and is known to bestow part or all of its power onto a rare few individuals for a limited time. Soon after, the recipient ceases to act as a conduit, and loses use of the full Cosmic Power. However, usually a few extra abilities are left and that individual is typically recruited by The Superpower Union as a new member.
