History: Ranger was a lawman in the west before his home world made first contact with an alien race. The planet’s technology quickly advanced, and an injured Ranger was given a cybernetic body in order to continue his duties as a peace keeper. He was later brought to the Superpower Union to serve on the VCPD where he was partnered with Powerhouse.
