Jaguar King: This can't be right! Let's put it to a vote. There's three of us and two of you.
The Spartan: As Chairman of the High Council, I get two votes.
Doc Sprocket: Section 8, Article 2 (c).
2 - (The Spartan pulls out the Union Handbook)
Jaguar King: Fine! So its tied 3:3!
The Spartan (Reading): "In the event of a tie, the decision on all minor offenses shall be made by the chairperson."
Doc Sprocket: Section 8, Article 3 (b).
3 - (Doc Sprocket grins)
Jaguar King: If I had a computer brain, I'd have it memorized too.
Doc Sprocket: That can be arranged!
